Because of support from friends like you Amazon Vida has been able to take the breath of life to the Amazon jungle. Through your prayers and financial donations you have made a significant impact during the pandemic.

Amazon Vida, First Baptist Church of Parintins and our local and US partners came together to meet the needs and share God's love.

We assisted with the production of thousands of protective gear including masks, suits, facial protection and gloves.
We have donated hundreds of gallons of bleach and alcohol to front line healthcare workers and first responders.
We partnered with an aviation ministry to provide a plane to transport over 4 tons of medical supplies for the hospitals in Parintins and 4 other neighboring cities.
We provided a plastic capsule used to help with oxygen for patients and to reduce room contamination in the hospitals.
Hundreds of food bags were distributed, mostly to Indian villages that were isolated during the first wave of the virus.

We are making plans to help the Sateré-Mawé Tribe where we have churches and 3 seminary extensions that are being hit the hardest right now. And we also want to be ready to serve 1,500 more patients from other tribes and villages.
