2022 has been a challenging year of meeting the post covid needs of the communities we serve and building the ministry back up as mission teams and seminary locations begin to start back up.
We are so thankful:
Many of you came to serve on the first mission trips since the pandemic,
Many of you found that even the remote Amazon region was greatly affected including the logistics of getting here
Many of you served on a special medical boat that was on loan from the government
Before covid we had 250 students learning at 6 seminary locations, this year we are back up to 120 students at 2 locations
A third seminary location should open back up in January
The seminary in Parintins had 70 students from 30 river community churches including 2 tribes
Our Tabatinga campus reached students from 4 tribes and 3 nations. (Brazil, Peru and Columbia)
There are about 15 potential church plant locations. Communities that want our assistance in church planting but unfortunately we don’t have the finances to accommodate them.
With your help:
Our native missionaries and pastors can reach their families, friends and their villages with the transforming power of the gospel.
We can make disciples, build churches and train new missionary leaders in communities that are asking for us to come.
Your donation makes an eternal difference. Thanks again!
